Collection of Information

Usage of Information
Personal information will be used by TRATR for internal purposes, including the following:
- (i) sending you, among other things, emails, features, promotional material, surveys, brochures, catalogues, TRATR Annual Report, TRATR-in-Action, reminders for donations, regular updates on the utilisation of donations by TRATR and other updates.
- (ii) processing your donations to TRATR and purchases of TRATR products on the site.
- (iii) delivering the TRATR products you have purchased on the Site /Receipt for donations made by you to TRATR.
- (iv) maintaining an internal confidential database of all the Personal Information collected from visitors to the site
Disclosure of Personal Information by TRATR
- Within TRATR, access to Personal Information collected by TRATR will be given only to those authorised by TRATR and third parties hired by TRATR to perform administrative services. TRATR Donation Refund Policy TRATR FOUNDATION is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. TRATR FOUNDATION expects all donors to exercise due care and diligence while donating. TRATR FOUNDATION also recognises that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their minds. TRATR FOUNDATION will examine each request for a refund of donation and endeavour to make the refund. TRATR FOUNDATION may also seek further information/documents, and the donor must cooperate. However,TRATR FOUNDATION is not obliged to make refunds and may, at its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, mainly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
