- (i) sending you, among other things, emails, features, promotional material, surveys, brochures, catalogues, TRATR Annual Report, TRATR-in-Action, reminders for donations, regular updates on the utilisation of donations by TRATR and other updates.
- (ii) processing your donations to TRATR and purchases of TRATR products on the site.
- (iii) delivering the TRATR products you have purchased on the Site /Receipt for donations made by you to TRATR.
- (iv) maintaining an internal confidential database of all the Personal Information collected from visitors to the site

TRATR Donation Refund Policy
TRATR FOUNDATION is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. TRATR FOUNDATION expects all donors to exercise due care and diligence while donating. TRATR FOUNDATION also recognises that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their minds. TRATR FOUNDATION will examine each request for a refund of donation and endeavour to make the refund. TRATR FOUNDATION may also seek further information/documents, and the donor must cooperate.
However,TRATR FOUNDATION is not obliged to make refunds and may, at its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, mainly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
- * If you would like your donation to TRATR FOUNDATION to be refunded,
- * You must request TRATR FOUNDATION in writing or by email for a refund, and Your request must reach TRATR FOUNDATION within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which you donated, i.e. the date on which you:

- * Handed over the cheque/demand draft to TRATR FOUNDATION or someone authorised by TRATR FOUNDATION for this purpose, OR
- * Despatched the cheque/demand draft to TRATR FOUNDATION by other means.
The written request stating the reason for requesting a refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details about the donation: Date of donation

- If a donation was made through cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no.
- If a donation was made through a credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last four digits only).
- If a donation was made online, please provide Donation-ID.
